Motorola Moto X spotted in the hands of Eric Schmidt

Well, we all know that smartphonemanufacturer Motorola is fully owned by search engine giant Google and the company is planning to bring a device to the market called the Motorola Moto Xwhich is not going to be a high-endspeced smartphone but will be placed in the mid-range as it seems that ‘Motorola, a Google company’ wants to target the masses. Motorola has already revealed that the Motorola Moto X will be fully assembled in the US and will be customizable we didn’t supply an official image of the device.

But behold. The Motorola Moto X has just been spotted in the hands of none other than Eric Schmidt who is Google’s Executive Chairman. Schmidt was spotted using the handset at the on-going Allen & Co. annual conference in Sun Valley and seemed to be very comfortable using the smartphone and seemed like he had nothing to hide from the photographers. While we get a nice look at the smartphone’s back and Schmidt seems to have chosen a White one with textured back, we do not get a look at the front of the Motorola Moto X.

As per the previous rumours, the Motorola Moto X is said to pack in a 1280 x 720 pixelsdisplay, be powered by a 1.7 GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro processor which will be coupled with 2 GB of RAM and will carry a 10 megapixel camera. Thesmartphone will run on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS and will be highly customizable asrumours indicate that users will be able to select the back of the samrtphone from a variety of materials which include Plastic, Wood, Ceramic and even fabrics. Users will also be able to get anything engraved on the back of the device and choose from an array of color options. The Motorola Moto X will launch sometime in the summer and we shall more information on the device as we near the possible August-end launch.
